SHERRI McGEE

Based out of New York City, Sherri McGee has some twenty-two years of dynamic experience across ownership roles in the restaurant and nightlife landscape. After studying At & Design in Paris and NYC, she found herself on a whim opening her first venture in 1998, a Greenwich village lounge concept that saw a decade of notable growth. 

Within that time she frequently traveled and lived between NYC and the Middle East. And it was throughout those travels she became inspired by the communities, cuisines and culture she experienced abroad- inspiring fresh and creative ways to implement those discoveries within her own endeavors at home. 

In 2009, Sherri and her hospitality team opened a thriving full-scale Mediterranean restaurant and nightclub in the West Village. Her latest project, Pergola (2013), brought much-needed life to Manhattan's historic Flower District, becoming a renowned late-night celebrity hotspot. From aptly managing hundreds of staff to vendor relations and leading high-end event productions, Sherri has the knack for transforming imaginative concepts into practical realities and shows no signs of stopping yet.

VICTORIA TKACHEVA

Victoria Tkacheva has spent over a decade in NYC's hospitality industry-blending strategy and creativity to accomplish significant results. Her career began in 2009 at one of the most high-volume nightclubs in NYC. From there, she continued to strengthen her key knowledge of operations, vendor partnerships, event management and marketing. In 2013, Victoria joined the hospitality team behind Pergola Restaurant and Lounge in Flatiron as Director of Events, with her role advancing beyond events to influence overall company growth and culture.

Across her career, Victoria has shown talent for generating compelling marketing strategies, original event concepts, initiating community engagement and implementing diverse revenue streams. In 2019, she joined the prestigious event team at Zuma as Senior Event Sales Manager. At Zuma, she brought her creative sales input to the company while honing her skills in high-end event design and execution.

Renowned for her forward-thinking, Victoria always seeks to elevate the client experience, creating a modern twist to the classic hospitality approach. Through Curated People, she continues to craft inventive ways to foster the evolution of brands and showcase how people can best enjoy unique experiences to create unforgettable moments.
